He is the founder of Xin Xin Engineering Sdn Bhd. He has vast experience in the design and fabrication of rubber glove dipping line and its supporting machine. Mr Wong Himself Started off in the rubber glove dipping machine fabrication since year 1986. he was previously partnered with other friends in another company to involve in Dipping Line heating system and designing and build glove dipping production machine for many glove companies. In year 2000 onward, he started his own company/ Engineering fabrication in all kind of dipping line – condom, finger cot, latex/nitrile multiple purpose glove dipping line and into Dipping line heating system.

  • He is also the designer for its famous mechanical Glove stripping machine , which enable the glove industry to automate the production area that needs a lot of manpower and cut down the reliance on foreign workers and thus cutting down cost as well.
  • He is also an expert in oven heating system for car spray plant and glove dipping line oven- Gas , Steam or thermal oil system.
  • He is also instrumental in the area of automation design.

  • He joined Mr Wong as one of the main partner in both company as Marketing Director as well as glove manufacturing consultant and advisor since 2010.
  • He has vast experience in the latex/ Nitrile Glove/Surgical Glove/Industrial Glove manufacturing for 20 odd years since 1989.
  • Bachelor degree in Science major in Chemistry from the University of Malaya (1988)
  • Qualified as manufacturing management specialist in 1991 from the SANNO Institute of Management of Japan and obtained the certificate of Enterprise Development Programme from Malaysia Institute of management in 1995 as well as his Associate membership in Malaysia Institute of Management in the same year.

  • He joined glove industries since 1997. And he has vast experience in glove manufacturing technologies and management mainly for rubber Examination/Surgical/Cleanroom/Industrial Glove field.
  • He has aggressively involved in Glove R&D, Glove Process Development and Glove manufacturing plant design and set up for around 20 years. (Among his achievement are: Commissioned more then 80 units of new glove dipping machines, set up couples of class 10/class 100 cleanroom for latex and Nitrile glove processing plant, pioneer in thin/stretchy Nitrile glove double dipping technologies since 1999, pioneer in super thin Nitrile Glove technologies since 2010 etc)
